Arcie was born in San Miguel Bulacan, Philippines and graduated from Centro Escolar University. While in high school, she met and fell in love with Octavio Pablo. In July 8, 1970 they married and later had two children, Jeanella and Jason. On April 2, 1974, their young family migrated to the United States and two other children were added, Denise and JR.

While raising four young children, Arcie pursued her career as a successful Medical Technologist and landed a job at Stanford Hospital where she spent more than 40 years. After she retired...

Arcie was born in San Miguel Bulacan, Philippines and graduated from Centro Escolar University. While in high school, she met and fell in love with Octavio Pablo. In July 8, 1970 they married and later had two children, Jeanella and Jason. On April 2, 1974, their young family migrated to the United States and two other children were added, Denise and JR.

While raising four young children, Arcie pursued her career as a successful Medical Technologist and landed a job at Stanford Hospital where she spent more than 40 years. After she retired from Stanford, she enjoyed mentoring other aspiring med techs by being part of PAMET, Philippine Association of Medical Technologists.

Arcie was a faithful member of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ) where she was a deaconess and participated in many activities of the Church. Through the years, Arcie enjoyed traveling and anyone who knew her, knew that her favorite hobby was shopping. She always had such a sophisticated sense of style but also was very thoughtful and generous. She loved shopping for her children and grandchildren. Arcie was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who always went out of her way to take care of her family.

Arcie peacefully passed away at the age of 70, surrounded by her loved ones. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Octavio, Sr and their four children and their spouses, Jeanella and Aaron, Jason and Aliw, Denise and Danny, JR and Jessica. Arcie adored her six grandchildren, Brandon, Alison, Isaiah, Anthony, Marco, and her late grandson Christian. She is also survived by her siblings, Winnie, Bubot, Cynthia, Rose, Manny, and Benjie.
